Set in a historic 15th-century building, this exclusive apartment offers a breathtaking and unique view in the heart of the old town, combining top comfort and design for those seeking a luxury stay in Bari.

If you book for 5 guests, the fifth bed will be in Bedroom 1.

- You're in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, museums and key sights.
- 15 minutes from the central station
- 4 minutes from two large public car parks
- 150 metres from the sea

- Home cinema with 140” projector and soundbar (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc.)
- Private balcony with sea view, San Nicola Basilica and the cathedral

Quiet hours: to ensure a pleasant stay for all, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours. After 22:30, we kindly ask you to avoid using the terrace and keep the noise to a minimum.

- Each room is decorated with design objects and valuable vases, offering a stylish and artistic experience. Please treat these items with great care.
- Low sound insulation between the two bedrooms.
- Stairs may be challenging for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.
- For security reasons, a surveillance camera is installed at the entrance.
- Due to the proximity of a basilica, bells ring briefly at 7:00 and 9:15 every morning. Soft earplugs are included in the welcome kit for those who wish to use them.
