Very enjoyable holiday

Beautiful villa, lovely pool and outside space, perfect for 3 couples. Immaculate and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Worked well for a no car holiday, Torre A Mare was walkable in 20 minutes and busses were regular. Bikes also available at the Villa.

A fantastic holiday house in a beautiful region

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in Puglia. The house, located at the seaside in Torre a Mare, is exactly what you need for a fantastic vacation. Three nicely decorated bedrooms with accompanied bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and living room completely air conditioned. Outside, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the roof terrace with view on the Adriatic sea. We would like to thank Michele and Maria for their friendly hospitality and all the tourist information, guide to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this lovely place to all future visitors of Puglia.

Stay away……

This was beautiful Villa remodeling 10yrs ago….. now in need of updating!!! Its electrical service is too small run all its amenities….the main circuit breaker tripped 3x’s during our stay! Furniture is all from IKEA and falling apart! Not what you would expect from a Villa of this quality. Owners are in denial of all the updates needed. Caused lots of stress during our vacation. VRBO also did not respond back! We booked a hotel for the second part of our trip

Villa de qualité avec roof top et belle piscine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Isabella et avons profité des belles prestations proposées: piscine très agréable et roof top pour un bain de soleil bien appréciable en fin de journée. Le seul bémol étant la proximité de la mer ne permettant toutefois pas de baignades faciles (côte très rocheuse). Merci à Maria pour sa disponibilité afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

Ik verbleef onlangs in Villa Isabelle en ik kan met volle overtuiging zeggen dat het een fantastische ervaring was. Deze villa bood alles wat ik nodig had voor een ontspannen vakantie en meer. Ten eerste wil ik het prachtige zwembad benadrukken. Het was absoluut geweldig! Het zwembad was ruim, goed onderhouden en uitnodigend. Ik bracht veel tijd door in het verfrissende water en genoot van de zon op de comfortabele ligstoelen eromheen. Het zwembad was een van de hoogtepunten van mijn verblijf in Villa Isabelle. Het zonneterras was ook een geweldige toevoeging. Het bood een adembenemend uitzicht op de omgeving en was de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van de warme zonnestralen. Ik kon me echt onderdompelen in de rustige sfeer en alle stress van het dagelijkse leven achter me laten. Wat deze villa echt bijzonder maakte, was de prachtige oase waarin het zich bevond. Omringd door weelderige groene planten en een goed onderhouden tuin, voelde ik me alsof ik in een privéparadijs was beland. De rust en sereniteit waren gewoonweg onbetaalbaar. Ik waardeerde het echt dat ik kon genieten van totale privacy tijdens mijn verblijf. Als laatste, maar zeker niet onbelangrijk, moet ik de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar, Maria, noemen. Ze was uiterst behulpzaam en gastvrij. Maria zorgde ervoor dat ik me thuis voelde in Villa Isabelle en beantwoordde al mijn vragen met een glimlach. Apulien ist eine Reise Wert. von hier aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Tagestouren zu erreichen. Vermieter behob kleine Unzulänglichkeiten sofort, sehr angenehm.

Wunderbares Haus am Meer

Die Villa ist schön und großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und der Aussenbereich traumhaft mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ! Die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge nach Matera, Ostuni, Polignano etc. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sehr einladend. Man kann zwar im Meer baden und das Wasser ist schön und sauber, aber zum nächsten Ort muss man mit dem Rad oder Auto fahren. Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus, mit Teenagern aber fast zu weit ab vom Schuss.

Maison toute équipée pour visite de la région ou séjour détente

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille dans les pouilles et dans la maison de Michele. La maison était très bien équipée et nous avons pu en profiter après nos escapades quotidiennes dans la région. L’emplacement géographique est très central et les alentours conviennent parfaitement pour les courses du quotidien, en particulier le poisson frais à faire cuire au barbecue le soir! Nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec Michele qui a pu répondre à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour!

Fantastic Villa

A perfect villa for our party of two couples. Wonderfully equipped. We loved the pool and the outside space was lovely, especially the roof terrace. Our host Michelle could not have been more helpful - he even took us to a large supermarket on our first day to do a big shop so that we didn’t have to carry heavy items from the local shop - thank you once again Michelle. 100 yards to the sea front and the bus stop was just around the corner. We bought wonderful fresh fish from the local fish shops and bread from the bakery. 25 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus into Torre a Mare. The wine shop, Bar 12/ and Sydney’s bar all excellent as was Restaurant Nicola. Buses were only 1€ per journey - amazing! We were able to explore by local bus and then trains from Bari. (Torre a Mare train station was too far out and not easily reached on foot.). Highly recommend visits to Bari, Trani, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello and Lecce. Would not recommend Mola di Bari. We were sorry not to fit in Matera so will have to come back 😀

Heerlijk verblijf

Fantastisch huis, zeer mooi ingericht en volledig uitgerust voor een verblijf zonder zorgen. Heel rustgevend, met mooie terrassen. Zeer verzorgd. Mooie streek ook, leuk dat het vlak aan zee ligt. Wij genoten van een week volle zon met heerlijke temperaturen derde week van september. Zeker een aanrader !

Perfect villa with all facilities

A well designed, well maintained and well serviced villa. There are three terraces, one in front of the house where one can sit under a balcony when it rains, one in the back near the pool and one on the roof, very large and very comfortable. The house is luxuriously furnished, al in very good taste. 15 mins driving from lovely Bari with its medieval centre and plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, it makes for an ideal location. You need a car though. 20 minutes drive from the airport. When renting a car it is advisable to book in advance as it can be very busy there.

Super mooi huis op mooie locatie.

Dit is een super mooi huis. Helemaal compleet ingericht met in iedere ruimte airconditioning. Mooi terras voor het huis, waar zich ook de veilige parkeerplaatsen voor 2 auto's bevinden. Aan de achterkant een mooi terras bij een heerlijk zwembad. En super mooi dakterras met eettafel en loungeset met uitzicht op zee, waar het 's avonds heerlijk vertoeven is. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 100 meter van de zee met een rotsstrand. In de nabije omgeving lekkere verse vis te koop en goede restaurants. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Bari, Alberobello, Matera e.d. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze is telefonisch goed bereikbaar. Ze reageert heel snel op vragen en doet er alles aan om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken. Dit is een huis waar we graag nog een keer teruggaan!!

Meticulously arranged family home

This house has all the facilities you can think of, everything has been taken care of perfectly. Well designed, well maintained, well serviced. If offers three terraces, one in front of the house, here one can dine under a roof. One in the back around the swimming pool and a large one on the roof. We had a small child of 2, no problems. Three bedrooms, complete with bathrooms, offer privacy. Then there is a large area with living room, dining room and kitchen. 15 minutes drive from Bari (you do need a car there) which is a lovely city with medieval centre and ample opportunities for dining and shopping. In short, can't be better! Recommended!

Fabulous Villa

Villa Isabella was perfect for our stay of 4 adults and 2 children. The location is great. Not far to walk to Torre a Mare, or catch the local bus which runs regularly and takes less than 10 minutes. It was about 30 minutes on the bus into Bari. This was a relaxing holiday we decided to forego the car as we knew in August we would not be wanting to travel around and certainly our two grandsons would not be up for it. We didn't need it, Torre a Mare has some great restaurants, a supermarket which is well stocked and bakeries. It is very Italian, which is exactly what we wanted. There are also plenty of places to buy fresh fish along the road from the villa. There is also a restaurant about 5 minutes walk. The villa is well thought out and very comfortable with plenty of outside space. The pool was lovely. Maria was there to meet us and very welcoming and helpful. Michelle was at the end of the phone when our driver could not find the location and their cousin Angelo was also on hand if we needed him (which luckily we didn't). We can highly recommend this villa and would have no hesitation in holidaying there again.

Stylish Sanctuary

We had a great experience staying with Michele & Maria, the villa lived up to our expectations, its was very clean, well equipped and the location is very close to the sea and if you like seafood the local fishmongers are worth a visit. The pool was refreshing, the roof terrace was so pleasant that we could have stayed all day but there is limited shade so be careful. We had a couple of short power outages during our stay but never more than 10-15mins but other than that everything worked as expected. Torre a Mare is a short bike ride away, there were 3 adult bikes available and we enjoyed the restaurants, coffee shops and gelateria's. We were sorry to leave, especially leaving our new friend, the neighbours friendly dog on the adjacent plot who we named Rufus Hound. If you go, then be sure to give him a biscuit from us.

Amazing modern property for a fantastic relaxing holiday

We loved the villa which is modern with amazing outside areas to sit and relax. The pool is great and from the roof terrace you can see the sea which is 100yards away. You can walk down to the the seafront to purchase freshly caught fish each day or a short drive to a number of local supermarkets to top up on whatever else you may need. We loved the villa and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Villa

My family had a fantastic week staying here. Michele and Maria were very helpful, with lots of local information and dining out suggestions. They even went out of their way to switch one of the double beds to 2 singles for us, which was such a nice thing to do. The villa was perfect for our needs. It's very well equipped and is laid out very well with amazing outdoor seating spaces. We made good use of the herb garden too. The pool was a nice size with easy access and was well maintained. With the fabulous weather we had, we were lucky to be able to use it every day. The only small issue we had was because we had a really large estate car and so parking and manoeuvring was a bit of a squeeze but it was not too big a deal and our other smaller car had no issues at all. Thank you Michele and Maria for a wonderful week in your villa. We really enjoyed every day we had in this lovely, well thought out villa!

Maison très confortable, idéalement située au sud de Bari pour visiter les Pouilles.

Nous avons apprécié les différentes terrasses, la piscine, le modernisme des chambres et bien sur l'accueil de Michele et de Maria. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et nous avons passé 15 jours à profiter de cette superbe région. Il ya 4 poissonneries à proximité de la maison , une boulangerie qui fait de super spécialités, et le joli village de Torre a Mare! Tout pour passer de très bonnes vacances

Idyllic Villa

What a gem of a place! We got there late in the evening tired and hot, and found a beautiful calm oasis to enjoy our holiday in. Maria was so helpful and kind, full of good advice, nothing seemed too much trouble. Highlights of the villa are its high quality, multiple places for outdoor eating/relaxing, and the pool - a real hit with the kids and adults alike. The surrounding area is charming and rustic, the locals are friendly and the food is great. Further afield there is plenty of historical and natural beauty to enjoy. We spent 2 weeks there, I am already looking forward to returning.

Fantastic Holiday

We had a fantastic 11 days at the Villa Isabella, Maria and Michele were extremely helpful before we arrived and even more helpful on arrival, perfect hosts. Angelica was also very helpful and extremely friendly. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are some beautiful places to visit, one of our favorites was Matera and Monopli coming in a close second. The food was superb and the Italian people very friendly, would highly recommend a visit. thank you Maria, Michelle and Angelica from Michelle, Jasper, Anne, Sam and Jack
