We enjoyed our stay in your home. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. Checking in and out was very easy. Very convenient to have the Circle K at the end of the street. Hope to stay there again next time we are in town visiting family.

This home was more than I expected, with wide open space and a bonus bedroom. My family was very comfortable. The home was very neat, clean, and most of all comfortable. If I am ever back in Milton, I will definitely be back to this home.

The floors in the living, dining and kitchen where very dirty/sticky upon arrival! 13 month old grandson had black knees and hands after just a few minutes on the floor. My wife and daughter in law spent their own money on cleaning supplies and a couple of hours on their hands and knees scrubbing them. While cleaning the floors, my wife contacted the cleaning lady. She offered to clean them again, but said it probably won't do any good. She did bring a drill with a brush on it and a steamer to help.Next, the a/c barely cooled the home. It was 81 in the house when we arrived with the temp set at 78. We lowered it to 72 and it cooled overnight. By the next afternoon it was back to 81 and we weren't there all day. I called the owner and he was going to get an a/c company to check it out. I'm not sure if they ever showed up, but the a/c never worked right during our stay. The grass in the back yard was almost a foot tall and had dog turds in it! I asked the owner the last time he had been to the property and he said it had been a month. We discussed these issues mentioned above as well as a few others. Overall the property needs a lot of work to get it up to par!

The issues you encountered occurred during an extreme heat wave, which unfortunately impacted the system at the time. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Visiting family stationed at Pensacola

Overall was a very good stay. Location was just what we wanted. The toilet backed up and there was no plunger. We call a got one. Also the master bath drain would not drain. We were given a hair puller. Yes there was long black hair I don’t have long hair and May wife is blond.One window had cracked glass and the blinds poles were broken and make great sword for the kids. The house need a little TLC. Would like to have had a vacuum at the place. We would stay here again. We would definitely stay here again
