Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed. Pet Fee is $100. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!
