The house was clean and spacious. The kids especially liked the pool room and all of the board games stocked. So much storage area too. Would love tocoW back

Great location near the community center with a gym and pool. There is a small private beach a short distance from the community center. The grocery store and the Cape Charles public beach is only a short drive away. The host contact was very responsive. The home is will laid out with common area, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great Family Stay with Excellent Amenities

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very multigenerational & elderly-friendly, with plenty of space & all the comforts of home. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, & the neighborhood was great for walking. We also loved being able to walk to the nearby bay. Trevor was an exceptional host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home !

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Charles\! The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a larger group\. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable\.We rented a golf cart during our stay, which was a fun and convenient way to get around the community\. The beach was beautiful, and the community pool was fantastic\. We really enjoyed everything the community had to offer\.One small suggestion would be the outdoor grill\. The home currently has a charcoal grill, and we personally would have preferred a gas grill, especially when cooking for a larger group\.Overall, we had a great experience\. Cape Charles is such a charming area, and this home was a wonderful place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy our vacation together

Beautiful spacious new house. Kitchen was well stocked, all the furniture was very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool table and having a garage. It’s close to the beach too. Only negative was all the construction going on nearby but it was easy ignore. We would definitely stay again.

Large, clean, well equipped, close to beach house!!

We had a family gathering in Cape Charles and found this gem of a house near the private beach. This host exceeded our expectations as they had done an amazing job to make sure that their guests are well accommodated. The house was large, sparkling clean, has a well equipped kitchen, enough rooms, well stocked game room (with a pool table), screened in deck and not to mention, access to a private beach within walking distance. The host was very well communicated. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!!

Amazing House!

My family and I booked this house for our family reunion and it was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and still has the new house smell. I can’t stop thinking about that master bathroom lol We love to sit and talk outside so the back patio being screened in was perfect. The resort has a big pool that we enjoyed on multiple occasions. We also stopped by the beach on our last day which is minutes away and was perfect especially since we were able to get tacos from a food truck with very reasonable prices and Italian icees too! Our host Trevor was very accommodating and responsive whenever I reached out which I greatly appreciated! 10/10 would book again
