Nice property but it needs numerous repairs. Seems to have been let go for a while. Game room like playing outside. Crazy architecture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the property overall, and we appreciate your honest comments. Our home does have a unique architectural design, which is common among elevated beach homes and is part of its character. The game room is located in the screened area beneath the house, providing an open-air space to enjoy games and relax. During the warmer summer months, it can certainly feel more like being outdoors, and we understand that may not be what every guest expects. We also appreciate you pointing out areas that need attention. We're continually making updates and addressing maintenance items to keep the home in great condition, and your comments help us prioritize those improvements.Thank you again for staying with us. ~The Vacation Company.

Perfect accommodations for 5 couples. Large bedrooms with separate baths. Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious. Good parking. Great beach access. Our only concern was very steep entry steps that were difficult for elderly and young children.

Christmas family trip

House was perfect for our group. Location was very convenient to beach and Coligny. Even though weather was not the best we were able to make the most of it and enjoy being together. Management company had excellent communication.

Great time!

Good property, but when we got there, a toilet was leaking upstairs, so they moved us immediately to a larger property with same proximity. Great people and we were happy.

Hilton Head Best week!!!

The house was exactly what we expected. The location, overall space, amenities, customer service (we had minor issues which they responded to in a friendly manner both on the phone and in person). The location was perfect for everyone from our toddlers to adults wanting to go into town or walks on the beach. We are coming back :) Thank you for a great week.

Lovely vacation home

The home offered us a great place to meet with our family of 16. Each bedroom has its own bath, facilitating privacy. There is also a bath with access from the pool. It was a close walk to the beach, even for Grandpa who uses a cane. We could also walk to Coligny plaza if desired. I would rent again. I found VRBO responsive to our requests.

Overall not bad

Great location but the house has a strong smell of mold and when we arrived the floors and counters were really dirty and we had to get housekeeping in to clean.

Husbands 70th Birthday Trip

The property was wonderful! Having the pool, game room double double garage space, just a block from the beach. Fantastic!!! (I am a GM of a hotel) So just a couple items to offer up. The cleaning crew might want to check the dishwasher, when I opened it up, the smell almost made me vomit. And the outside grill had not been cleaned and there was a small dead animal in it .. Oh, and there is a leak under the kitchen sink, close to the elbow. We put a bowl under there to catch the water. They may want to flip the mattresses.. I slept in a pocket 😉😉 Really we truly enjoyed our stay, we all said we would LOVE to live there !!!

Excellent home excellent location

This was our second and hopefully not last stay at this excellently maintained wonderfully appointed home. Everything needed for cooking in ,if you wish, and soooo close to Coligny and other restaurants areas. And most importantly the beach is close and the walk is beautiful! We have 5 ‘Family units’ and this house accommodates one and all! Thanks very much. Hilton head is our family’s favorite vacation week!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team takes guest concerns seriously, and we responded promptly throughout your stay to address each item brought to our attention. After reviewing your concerns, we did identify a few housekeeping items that fell short of our standards, and we issued a credit to compensate for that inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing those matters to our attention so they could be corrected immediately. While we respectfully disagree with several aspects of the review, we recognize that every guest’s expectations and experiences can differ. We consistently strive to provide a high-quality experience for all guests, and we are proud that the vast majority of our stays receive very positive feedback regarding both the home and our responsiveness.
