The ideal place for a stay with family or friends, to relax, recharge your batteries or telework.
The house is separated into several apartments. Each apartment has its own private entrance, its terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Cap Canaille, access to the swimming pool and the bowling green.
On the heights of Cassis, quiet, 3 minutes by car from the Port, restaurants and shops, beaches and the Calanques.

Come and discover a preserved environment.

The duplex apartment has a balcony on the south side and a shaded terrace with pergola. Sea view and Cap Canaille from the outside.
It has an area of about 80 m2 and has been rated 2 stars.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the 1st floor as well as the balcony, the terrace is on the ground floor.

Open the door and you're home!
- At the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen to facilitate your meals
- Upstairs are the bedrooms, the bathroom and the living room/TV area.

- Garden view room: 160 x200 cm bed
- Bedroom area: 2 single beds 80x200 cm
The bathroom is composed of a bathtub with shower screen, a sink and a toilet.

The swimming pool and the bowling green are below and are joined by a few steps.

The washing machine is located in the laundry room.

Parking is free and provided in the street in front of the house (secure private housing estate and under video surveillance).

The pool is treated with salt, a natural product, no risk of irritation or allergies!
The petanque balls are at your disposal, no need to bother yourself during your trip!

The apartment is located in the Les Terrasses de Cassis district located on the heights. The panoramic view of the bay of Cassis, the sea, the vineyards and Cap Canaille is exceptional.

It is a quiet private housing estate, under video surveillance.
Parking is provided on the street in front of the house in any season of the year.
The centre of Cassis, the beaches and the port are a 3-minute drive away. A summer shuttle 400 metres from the apartment serves the village every 10 minutes and until midnight in high season. The car is recommended and essential with young children.

Site agréable quand on connaît l’endroit

Les informations quant à l’arrivée et au départ ont été clairement expliquées. L’endroit n’est pas très pratique, beaucoup d’escaliers, manque d’informations sur les dimensions piscine / terrain de boules. Cependant, jolie vue, endroit géographique stratégique. Lors du ménage, nous avons constaté qu’il était fait précédemment de manière succincte, manque de propreté sous les meubles : nous avons notamment retrouvé des pâtes sous les meubles de cuisine, traces de pas à l’étage, vitres sales. Un soin approprié devrait être apporté dans le logement régulièrement.

Un week end génial!

Nous avons passé un super week end. La maison est mignonne et fonctionnelle, la vue incroyable et me jardin très cosy. A peine quelques minutes en voiture et on est prêts pour mettre le kayaks à l´eau afin de visiter les calanques. Recommandé à 100 °/°!!!

Agréable séjour à La Bicoque

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien situé pour visiter la région de Cassis (les calanques, le Cap Canaille...). La vue depuis la maison et la terrasse est vraiment magnifique et nous fait oublier la route qui passe à proximité. Nous remercions Nathalie pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance, et reviendrons avec plaisir !
