At Crystal Village vacation condo 01B you’ll be surrounded with the lush tropical landscape bordering a sparkling pool on the outside and a relaxing comfortable interior on the inside. Your vacation worries and daily stresses will be turned upside down transforming into smiles all around. Open living area and kitchen greet you at the door and two well-appointed bedrooms await.

Crystal Village’s location in Miramar Beach puts you in the middle of all that Destin and South Walton have to offer. Catch a movie at the Destin Commons only a mile to the west or play some golf at one four courses that are less than five minutes away. Or do absolutely nothing at the beach just around the corner or the pool out your patio doors. At Crystal Village, Destin is your oyster!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The rooms were very clean and well put together. Its right next to the beach at just a walks away and we had no complaints regarding noise or anything involving people. Overall, its great to stay in with a large group and has enough open space to not feel claustrophobic.

The photos in the listing show furniture that is no longer there. Specifically an extra chair in living room and only one chair on the deck. When we arrived we were greated with an overwhelming smell of fish and determined it was coming from the sink. The gaurdrale on the bunk bed was cracked and bolts were falling out of the bed. Thankfully there was an air mattress we blew up for our youngest. We used the extra sheets to cover the couch and recliner because it was so dirty and dingy. The dishwasher door lays on the ground when you open it, the dryer lint catcher is broken and ruined two of our brand new fishing shirts, both shower curtains were moldy and covered in soap scum and every rug was crusty and had brown stains all over them. We contacted the leasing company, they wanted to send someone to clean the couch and fix the bunk. These issues were not going to be able to be fixed within a few hours. We never heard back. The buildings themselves are older and we do not expect perfection but the windows were so old you couldnt see out because they were so mildewed and the air vents from the ceiling dripped on the floors no matter what temperature it was set on. The location was good. We could easily walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's and pool was nice and clean and relaxing.

We were so disappointed to read your notes regarding your stay at Crystal Village unit 1B. There should never be an issue with cleaning or maintenance and in this situation we failed to do our job correctly; no excuse! We do wish you would have allowed us to send housekeeping back over to make things right but understand you didn’t want to have people in the condo after just arriving. In early May we purchased all new shower liners, pots & pans, silverware, TV’s, 2 patio chairs, removed 1 broken LR chair and had carpet & upholstery cleaned. Despite our best efforts it sounds like we need to address a few of these items again since some of these recently purchased items have disappeared. We do appreciate you letting us know and hope you will come back and stay with Newman Dailey again.
