438 Neil Ave is a great place to live in Winnipeg. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and close to essential amenities like grocery stores, schools, and public transportation. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a comfortable living environment. Parking and accessibility are decent, and the area feels safe and family-friendly. Overall, it’s a solid location for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in the city.
We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the AC!! The 1950's era house is quaint and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The stairs to the basement bedroom is a bit treacherous for anyone with mobility issues but the 3 bedrooms on the main floor had very comfy beds. We also enjoyed evening walks in the neighbourhood and sitting outside on the deck. Thanks Jeanvive for the excellent communication and great recommendations for restaurants! I definitely recommend staying here while visiting Winnipeg to see all the beautiful buildings, attractions and experiencing it's vibrant culture.
