Close to everything our vibrant city has to offer eg you can walk everywhere eg Casino, cultural centre, theatres, restaurants,shopping. Its Available for long stays only. No need for car as so close to every type of transport. Would suit Mater hospital staff (as its across the road, or suit a city professional as only a walk, bus, train cycle or ferry ride to work and/or suits Qld Uni staff and students as its on a bus ride to Uni
