While we mostly enjoyed our stay and felt the communication and check-in/ check-out process was very smooth, there are a few of things we'd like to point out. A few notes for the property manager: I'd recommend a talk with the cleaning crew. While the core surfaces in the kitchen and bath rooms were clean, there were a number of cobwebs (and some spiders) on lighting fixtures and in corners. The A/C intake vent outside the downstairs bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I couldn't stand it, and did a quick vacuum of the vent just to remove the gunk that looked like it could fall on my head at any moment. The lack of window screens and/or dirty and broken screens were a huge disappointment. We were so looking forward to being able to open up at night and enjoy the cool mountain air. Unfortunately, half the windows either don't have screens or have badly damaged screens which basically render zero open window options. As I stated above, there were already a few spiders in corners when we arrived, we certainly weren't in any rush to invite more critters in with open windows with missing or broken screens. We basically had to have the A/C on the whole visit because we were afraid to open windows at night to cool the place off. While we found the amenities plentiful, and certainly appreciated some of the provided basics, generally speaking, the cleaning crew needs to step up their game.
