The upstairs has a luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, gorgeous bathroom with a jetted tub, and private deck with breathtaking beach views. Two more bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the upper level to provide additional space for family and friends. The downstairs features another primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, along with a kids' room with two twin beds.

One of the best features of this home is the indoor hot tub and Pac-Man arcade machine located in a bonus room just off the dining area. Walk through the sliding glass door onto the large deck with plenty of seating and a BBQ for a timeless entertaining experience with the beach as the focal point. Sunset Ridge is also dog-friendly, so it's truly perfect for the whole family.

There is plenty to do if you are looking for an adventure. You'll find yourself within walking distance to the Chinook Winds Casino. Hop in the car and enjoy the nearby coastal towns and all the attractions along the way to Pacific City and Newport, only 30 minutes away in either direction.

One of the twin beds was broken so they put mattress on the floor, not conducive for older people

I apologize one of the twin beds was broken and that placing the mattress on the floor made the space unsuitable for older guests. We notified you as soon as the issue was discovered and were unable to source another bed frame on such short notice. Our maintenance team is replacing the frame with one that will be very durable and stand the test of time. I apologize again that your stay was disrupted and appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Our stay was great! The view was amazing and beach access within a short walking distance. There were 10 of us and a dog and the space was perfect. There is a fenced in grassy area that was perfect for our dog. The only tiny complaint I would have is that we ran out of dish soap and dishwasher pods. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. I hope to book this house again.

Incredible views of the ocean from the home and deck!You have to walk across the park for access to the beach.The home needs some minor TLC, but is roomy and easily accommodates a large group. We were able to spend time outside on the deck due to the clear wind screen, that protected us from the wind. We enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room for us all to spread out, the view was amazing, The beach was easy to get to and the house had a lot of amenities games, etc for us to play TVS to watch. The Kids love the game room and hot tub area, Would like to come back again next year
