This classy ocean view home is just steps away from easy beach access at Roads End Beach State Park. There is plenty of room for everyone in this four-bedroom house which boasts two king beds, two queen beds and one twin/trundle bed. There are three full bathrooms and a dedicated game room for any rainy days. Enjoy Table Tennis (Ping Pong), Foosball, Air hockey, and a game table-great fun for all ages! Holiday Getaway

We rent a house on the beach every December. This house was the nicest we have tried, and the view was magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was totally clean when we arrived.

Great Place to Stay!

We spent a week here for a family reunion, and the house was absolutely perfect for us! Beautiful view, easy beach access, comfortable beds, and lots of room to stretch out and relax! We loved how open the upstairs kitchen, dining area and living room were. It allowed us all to be a part of the conversation. The kids loved the game room and my little kiddo loved the beach toys outside! We would love to have the opportunity to stay again! I definitely recommend this house!

What a View ...

This house was a great place to host a family gathering. We stayed over the July 4th week and enjoyed the short walk to the Roads End beach and watching the sunset every evening from the front deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's a short drive to the local Safeway store for groceries. We stay in Lincoln City almost every year and this is my favorite house so far!

Lincoln City at its Finest

We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at this wonderful home. Very cozy yet ample room for 7 adults. The view was spectacular, and it was a quick walk to the park at the end of the road for beach access. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils for cooking and the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. We even enjoyed the hot tub in the rain! We loved the location, as it was close to town and Hwy 101. Only recommendation we would have been to have shower mats in all of the showers/tubs - they were very slick. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

Rented this house for a 30th birthday weekend with a group of friends. It was amazing! Plenty of space for the whole group, and the game room and hot tub is such a fun bonus. The kitchen has a ton of necessities that make cooking easy, which was great. We could have stayed on the deck with coffee & wine for so much longer than the two days we had it!

Annual ladies’ getaway

The ocean view from the dining and living rooms was lovely! There was ample, comfortable seating for all 8 of us on the living room sectional sofa, and at the dining room table. The beds were comfortable. One drawback was the shower in the lower level drained extremely slowly, which made for standing water. We also ran out of toilet paper before the end of our 3-day stay. One more roll in each bathroom would have been helpful. Even so, we still had a great time!

Family Reunion

The house was Very well taken care of. The size and convenience to the beach was exactly what we needed. We had 7 adults and 2 children, ages 3 and 6. The game room was very convenient for the children and useful. We were there for a family reunion with 60 other people so it was nice to come back to the house and have our own time together.

Thank you Kristine for providing an excellent well equipped vacation home! We had a great family reunion enjoying such a beautiful home with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed all our meals around the spacious table, daily walks on the beach and the amazing sunsets! The Jetty House is conveniently located only a block and half away from the beach and around a mile to the Safeway. The Rec room was a big hit, especially on a couple of rainy days. This home will not disappoint!

Great location & house!

This is a great house in a great location! The house itself is comfortable, with plenty of room for our extended family. The only constructive criticism would be about the Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, which is horribly uncomfortable. A new mattress and some nice pillows would go a long way in this room. Everyone else in our party reported that their beds were comfortable and nice! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This place was amazing! We were a group of 8 and we had plenty of space. Very close to the ocean and we had a wonderful view. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. We stay every year and this would be one to book again! The three full baths were a plus. We had a memorable ping pong tournament and enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend!

Choosing The Jetty House was easy. In addition to its ten year track record as a five star vacation property and its cleanliness and amenities, the real draw to the Jetty House was the amazing ocean view and its proximity to easy beach access. So many beach properties in Lincoln City are on a high bluff with difficult beach access that require descending sets of stairs or steep beach access points. Beach access for guests at the Jetty House is just a short block and half, an easy stroll to Roads End State Park. No stairs, just a gentle slope to seven miles of sandy beach!

The view from The Jetty House is simply spectacular. From the wrap around deck or through the wall of windows guests have a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the waves crashing on the beach all the way to Cascade Head. At The Jetty House you can see, hear, and smell the ocean!

The Jetty House also affords guests with privacy with its four bedrooms but also provides plenty of additional space in the great room and game room for everyone to come together. Plus, the property is conveniently located close to the casino, restaurants, and shopping. Add in the hot tub, the stylish furnishings and décor, and the other amenities and you have an ideal beach getaway.
