the well equipped kitchen and clean, spacious gathering areas were a great asset to our family beach trip. It was all quite lovely and the key code check-in worked nicely. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the deck and super easy access to beach too! Great space overall.

We absolutely loved this property. We will have lasting memories due to our child getting engaged on the beach right behind the property! It was stunning!! Loved the property and the location. It was a fantastic rental.

Love the location. We have stayed there before and were a little surprised not quite as clean and a light in main floor bedroom did not work- fan light in upstairs bathroom sparked so used the window - always a work around. Would stay there again anyway

Very nice home. The 3 levels made it comfortable to move around. The great room is spacious and the deck was great for morning coffee and late night ocean gazing. Fully stocked with all the amenities/pots,pans,dishes,glasses etc..etc. Comfy beds. But no closets/ lots of hooks on walls to hang your stuff though. The house seemed clean and well kept. Easy beach access. 3 minutes to store and 4 minutes to casino. Good location. Would definitely stay there again.

The proximity to the beach was the best thing about the house. We appreciated the two king sized beds as a few sleep on them at home. Kitchen was well stocked - more pots and pans as well as dishes. That became important with 8 people and mostly eating at home. We greatly enjoyed this home. It was a little more than we usually spend but was well worth it.

This is the house you want for beach access and for the unobstructed ocean view, thus the five-stars. The beds are older, which with bed-in-box options now days, would be a low cost, much appreciated upgrade. The stove burners are not all working, which was a bummer when trying to cook for our big family. A vacuum at the property would have been nice, we would have used it for sand. Again, direct beach access and the view are the draw, garage parking was nice too.

This place was a gem! Easy access to the beach. Tons of room and spaces to be in the house if needed. The upstairs rooms were beautiful and had great view. The bunkroom was fun for the kids.

We LOVE Charlie’s Place! Highly recommend. Conveniently located on the beach. The best!

Absolutely fantastic vacation! The location and access to the beach couldn't be better. Our family of 7, including 2 toddlers, had plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds on all 3 floors.Loved the wall of windows and rear deck with Adirondack chairs to watch beachcombers, kite fliers, shorebirds, the tide and sunsets.
