Big oceanfront views from everywhere including the large oceanfront deck or while relaxing in the hot tub. Lovely Cape Cod style with N to S wall of windows overlooking the oceanfront. The deck is huge with 10 wooden adirondacks and picnic table for some great meals or relaxation while listening to the waves roll in. Hot tub and BBQ also overlook the oceanfront. Enjoy whale spouts, sunsets and moonlight as you gaze out to sea. Private beach access! Surfing is popular in front of this home (famous Nelscott Wave). Pirates Lookout now has 3 Roku TV’s. One 32 inch in the upstairs bedroom one 50 inch in the downstairs bedroom and one 65 inch in the new game/rec room in the basement. Along with a new foosball table there is a 65inch Roku smart tv and couch in the basement for you to enjoy streaming all your favorite services as well as an HDMI hookup for you to use any gaming console you have. A great area for teens or anyone to relax and enjoy. We work hard on cleaning, sanitizing and provide con-tactless check in. Max 10 guests including stop by visitors.
Please avoid single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

Great location & ocean view. Nice cozy house. Great deck and hot tub. Only thing missing was some small shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste in case someone forgot those items.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pirate Lookout. Location couldn’t be better. Saw many whale spouts and a few sea lions. The ocean views were magnificent!!! The house was well appointed and clean.

The home was beautiful! We had such a relaxing time. The home was well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from any room on the main level. The huge deck provided sweeping views of the beach below. We enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable living space. Watching and listening to the ocean were awesome. If the sun was out so was I on the porch enjoying the great view. The beach was very easy to walk on after you got down the stairs.

We had an amazing time and memories were made. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning. Love the private staircase to the beach so we don’t have to drive anywhere. Kitchen was kind of small since there were no empty cabinets to put our food in but we made it work. The house was VERY clean. Thank you!

It is a very nice and clean house. The best part was the huge deck. The weather was perfect so we spent a majority of time out there. We had a blast. Even the staircase to the beach was very doable.Thank you for more great memories of family.

Beautiful property! Immaculately clean, well appointed, comfy beds, incredible views, and on top of all that, a hot tub! The tidepools were an unexpected treat— I’m born and raised on the Puget Sound and never in my life have I seen such an explosion of sea life. More starfish than could ever be counted! We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely retreat!

The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The views are spectacular. Service from the manager was excellent. The stairs are a bit challenging for those of us who are older or have bad knees, but it was worth the minor struggles. We hope to be back and highly recommend!

Oregon Vacation

We loved this property. It was so nice having private beach access. The home had plenty of beds to accommodate our family of 8. Although the kitchen is small, it was nicely laid out and we were able to cook meals with ease. We loved the spacious deck overlooking the ocean. It was also very nice having 2 separate living rooms so our family could spread out. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us. This was the perfect rental for our family.

Fantastic experience!

Property was just as advertised and perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids staying there. Massive tide pools on the beach below the house, beautiful stretch of beach, and great access to Lincoln City while still feeling private.

My stay was good. Staying on the beach was an amazing experience. In the upstairs rooms as well as the livingroom(s) you see nothing but ocean out the windows. It gave me such a peace watching the waves each morning. The balcony was the best part of the house as it was so spacious, plenty of seating for my party of 8. Although I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, it was very clean. The only issue I had and why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 was because in the upstairs bedrooms and in one of the rooms I found Cobwebs and there was dirt/dusk on the floors. (I did address this with customer service and they said they would let house cleaning know and they did apologize). Also the stairs in the house are real steep, we had a couple of ladies in my group who have bad knees and it was difficult coming up/ down the stairs. This information should be posted in the description of the house. Outside of that, I had a great stay. Oh yeah, I also captured a picture of a seagull on the deck, that was cool to watch him fly around and then fly back to the deck
