Wake up to sea grass and sand at this 2100 sq ft Custom built, designer appointed beachfront cottage oasis !!! Set steps from the sandy beach and calm waters of the ever changing Siletz Bay in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint community of homes. Its a perfect place for a romantic weekend, a family vacation or a girls get-a-way.

Every window has a view! Whether watching the wild-life, the rushing waters at the mouth of the Pacific Ocean or the city lights of historic Taft coast-line, You will enjoy the serene feeling of being in a special place! Furnishings are cozy and comfortable, beginning with heated floors through out. Custom stained concrete floors as you enter provide easy,relaxed access into the 1st of two gathering areas. Furnished with a large sectional and 46' Hi definition flat screen... perfect for movie watching, our relaxing after a soak in the hot tub !

The master suite and one of two other bedrooms are also on the 1st level. Master suite has a plush queen size bed and view from all windows. The on-suite bathroom is wall to wall travertine,with double sinks, a custom stone and glass block deluxe shower complete with rain head, and body jets.

You will feel so fortunate to be a guest at this charming and spacious home. The view is Jaw dropping . We were rained out one day and I was so contented and cozy. Communication is 100% no detail was overlooked. So good!!

This home was just perfect for our party of 5 adults, but would comfortably hold more. The views are AMAZING and the house has a great setup. There was a lot of room for us to do things together and the two living rooms allowed us to have alone time too.The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and serving dishes as well. This house is way nicer than the pictures show on website. 10/10! I would definitely stay here again.
