The kitchen is stocked handsomely for cooking and serving; from decent pans and knives to place settings for at least 10 guests. We loved sitting out on the covered porch. We noticed there is no interior insulation so the sounds inside the house really carried. The little bonus living room/bedroom was excellent for the kids. The beds are firm and the towels were thick and fluffy

Thank you for the great review, Rainbow! We’re thrilled your family enjoyed the stocked kitchen, covered porch, and extra space for the kids. Thank you for staying with us during our roof repair and sorry for the noise! We hope to host you again on your next coastal getaway!
Best place to stay on the Oregon coast. We’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. Secluded from the hustle of DT LC and a quick walk to the beach. Love the park and community. The house is so comfortable and enough space for our family of 7 to spread out, have space and share time together. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Will be staying again.

Thank you Tricia! Please come back and stay with us. Your group was great!
Overall, this property is absolutely fantastic. It is so well stocked you feel as though you’re staying at a friend’s home or your own home not a thrown together vacation rental. High-end appliances, nice cookware, fluffy towels, and overall wonderful space to be a homebase. The community is great with multiple amenities. The park the pool and the hot tub were all wonderful to have as options when traveling with kids when they got tired of the beach. One thing worth noting, it’s 150 stairs to get up/down the beach access that is located at the neighborhood. The pool etc is also an uphill walk, none of these are negatives just worth noting if you are not familiar with how hilly and cliff located this part of town is. Even with that, the other amenities is the house provided made it well worth it. There is walk out beach access a short drive south with easy parking. One of the best homes we have ever rented, We will absolutely be back.

Thank you for the wonderful review. We do love our house. Regarding the stairs to the beach, we walk down the beach to the public access and walk back through the neighborhood. It's all flat and takes us about 15 minutes. We consider it our workout for the day. It is nice to drive to the public access when you are unable to do stairs. I'm glad you felt the house is worth the exercise.

Well stocked and great home all around! Family of 6 and dog that provided plenty of room for beds and bath. We visit Olivia Beach often and this home is now at the top of the list.

Aww. Thank you Bianca! We're so glad you had a good holiday at our beach house. Please do come back anytime! We'd love it.
As advertised! The kitchen was well-stocked, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the walk-around porch was perfect for our group of 10. We walked to the beach everyday; it’s a short walk up the stairs (less than 10 minutes) toward a great spot for tide pools or a 15 minute paved ride to a public access spot that we found perfect for flying kites. Just 3 steps to main level from driveway, which was good for our mobility-challenged family member. There’s plenty of outdoor things to go; we enjoyed a gentle hike to Drift Creek Waterfall (about 30 min drive to the trailhead). The bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos. Hot tub was nice in cool mornings and evenings; quiet hours outside of 8 am - 10 pm. The car charger worked great; I think about 40 kW level 2. Need an adapter for Tesla. There was easily room for 3 cars in the driveway. The playground and beach volleyball are within view of the covered porch. A few things to know - (1) the icemaker in the fridge couldn’t keep up with us; we had to buy bagged ice at the store (2) the pool access was limited to 10 am - 8 pm (3) the gym access was also limited, to 8 am - 8 pm. (4) No AC, but nice and cool when windows were open. (5) The stove and oven are gas powered and work well, but be prepared with your own ingredients if you want to bake. Would definitely visit again!

Thanks for the fantastic review, Steven! We are thrilled our home was the perfect base camp for your crew of 10. Sounds like you really made the most of the area; tide pools, kite flying, and Drift Creek Waterfall! That's our FAV.
Appreciate the helpful heads-up on the local hours and the kitchen ice maker (gotta keep the party cool!). We'll look into adding a Tesla adapter for the EV charger - it might align.
You all were wonderful guests, and we would love to welcome you and the kiddos back for round two anytime! Safe travels!
The house was very nice. Wish there was a light for the hot tub. Overall dog friendly. We brought three. And we loved the wine that was waiting for us. Thanks!

It was an absolute wonderful experience. We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect except for two little issues in our stay, but we made it work anyway. The coffee maker(s) did not work. So we had to go out to buy our coffees. The second was, not all power outlets worked in the house. The owner was responsive, pleasant, and tried to help, just delayed in getting back to you.

Thank you so much for the feedback, Stephanie! We’re so glad to hear you had an overall wonderful experience and enjoyed your time at the home.
We appreciate you bringing those details to light—the coffee maker has a backup, and those GFCI outlets just needed a quick button reset in the middle of the plug. We'll make sure to add clearer instructions for future guests on both to make things seamless! Thank you for your patience and kind words regarding communication, and we would love to host you again anytime you're in the area!
