Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash should be properly sorted and disposed off in the waste containers located outside.
PLEASE CHECK THE GREEN BIN IS LOCKED
Double check that the coffee machine, stove, oven and BBQ are turned off.
Put away clean dishes and cookware before leaving.
Clean BBQ before checking out.
Make sure the fireplace and fire pit are fully out.
If anything's still burning, please let us know!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Leave it as you found it – tidy and in the same condition as when you arrived.
Pet Policy: There is a $75 charge per stay. Failure to disclose pets will result in additional charges through the claims system. No pets on furniture
All garbage must be properly sorted in the designated bins. Failure to do so/leaving trash elsewhere on the property, will result in a $75 fee.
