Very close to Siesta Key Beaches, shopping and Sarasota Downtown. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath end unit villa with 1 car garage and screened in lanai overlooking private backyard. Very light and bright. Close to the community pool. Sleeps 5 in beds + sleeper sofa.

The area is nice and quiet and a bit secluded, which we appreciate. The unit was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we need down to the small details in the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

Great Villa and community, Highly recommend!!!!!

This villa has everything you can ask for, it's very clean, has newer furniture, has a garage and the kitchen is well stocked. The community has two nice size pools to enjoy, and is great for your early morning walk. The best part is the area is convenient to everything. It's a 5-10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach, depending on the traffic, and a 20 minute drive to Venice Beach. Downtown Sarasota is about 10-15 minutes away, it's a lively area, with plenty of restaurants. St. Armands and Lido Beach are also close by, as are Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch. I highly recommend this villa!!!!

Better than the pictures!

This is a very spacious two bedroom villa (it’s own individual 1 floor space) in a small community mostly filled with retirees and other air b and b rentals. It’s open and clean, and has literally everything you would need, including beach stuff. It’s a two minute walk to the communal pool. The villas back faces a palm hedge so it’s very private. We had the perfect stay with our 3, and 6 year old girls. Close to everything - 5 mins to target and publix, 22 mins to downtown Sarasota, 10 to siesta key, 30 mins to Jungle Gardens. We’ll be back next year!

Excellent place for a Sarasota vacation

The place is very clean, all you need is there, from beach stuff to kitchen ware. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. The only thing missing is a TV in the master. Will definitely stay there again!
