This property is in an excellent location and is a fantastic size for families or groups. It is in need of some maintenance and the BBQ and Spa were inoperable. It is a unique property and our kids loved the experience- just needs some TLC!

The house is in a spot, you are able to walk in to surfers and you are pretty central to most things when in a car. However the house is tired, it is desperate need of some love, there is so many blinds that need repairs that let so much light in at 4.30am which makes it hard to sleep in on holidays. The house could use a deep clean including the range hood and walls. The spa doesn’t work, some of the doors you can’t open they have signs up on.
