Welcomg and helpful when finding the key was difficult. Amenities good, nice size unit with everything I could need. When first erntering the space smelt a little of cigarette smoke which was disappointing. Later in my stay I smelt cigarettes which I'd say was wafting in from another unit despite mine all sealed up. Terrific location! Only improvements would be- Provide facewasher- Long life milk portions?- Streaming TV access- Resolve the very poor drainage from the shower unit.Very happy overall, thankyou!

Prior to check in, the response to our emails / queries was very prompt. However, one day after our check in, we experienced a problem - the water did not drain properly in the shower area and would have flooded the bathroom area, We used the towels to mop up the excess water and messaged the Host requesting clean towels. This never happened despite several promises from the host. We never received any clean linen during our 3 week stay, The complex was very noisy with residents slamming doors and shouting all hours at night. Complex was also dirty. So did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this place.

It is a catastrophic failure of our service to not provide clean linen after it was requested and promised. This, combined with the unresolved maintenance issue, is inexcusable. The service breakdown is being investigated at a senior level. Our maintenance team has since fixed the drain. We also apologise for the noisy and dirty complex. We are truly sorry for this terrible stay.

I stayed here for two weeks and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The listing photos are not representative of the actual space. The apartment is below ground, and without a door threshold, critters were able to come inside. I had to purchase RAID to address the issue.The bed was extremely hard, and I had to buy a mattress topper, which I was not allowed to leave behind. Amenities were very limited—only one small travel-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash set, one body towel, and one floor mat. There were no washcloths or hand towels provided. The bathroom is a wet-room design, meaning the entire bathroom floods after every shower.The TV and internet setup were also problematic. The modem was hanging behind the TV, none of the cables were connected properly, the antenna wasn’t hooked up, and the Google Chromecast wasn’t set up. I had to reorganize and reconnect everything myself just to use the television and stream Netflix.The kitchen was poorly stocked. The only frying pan was damaged and unusable, so I had to buy my own cookware along with paper towels, basic seasonings, shampoo, conditioner, and additional towels—all of which I was told could not be left behind.There is no air conditioning, only two small fans, and one of them made noise all night.Overall, this property should only be booked as a last resort and at a significantly lower price than advertised. I would not stay here again.
