Welcome to Riviera Club a Gulf front condo on the south end of Fort Myers Beach walking distance to the Villa Santini Plaza. Amazing 10th floor view of the Gulf and the Beach. Walk out onto the white sand of the beach from your condo and take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. Pool is still not open, may be open May 2025. Close to the Villa Santini Plaza where shops are open and many more to come.
Smart TV, you must stream your own your apps or use the the free streaming service from the smart TV. Primary bedroom only has a toilet and sink. Hall bath next to guest bedroom has full bath with walk in shower. Full kitchen with a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. Screened balcony off the living room overlooks the Gulf. Price reflects a discount due to all amenities not being available

The location, building and grounds were great. The condo unit was comfortable although it is showing its age.

Master shower did not work because of leak. But rest of bath did. Since there was only 2 of us the other shower was sufficient. Water heater leaking upon arrival but was fixed right away! The condo could use some updating but we would stay here again. The view was great. You can sit on the couch and have full view of ocean! Rita was great to work with. We would gladly stay here again. The Riviera is in a great location and is very welcoming!!

Hello Patricia & James: The condo is listed as 1.5 bathrooms due to the fact the tub in the master bath is not usuable. The condo is priced lower due to it only have one full bath and one half bath. The owner did replace all the kitchen ware, towels, and bedding prior to your arrival. The view is amazing. Please let me know if I can help you in the future. Rita
