Thanks for the 4‑star review and for choosing Great Western Lodging. Glad the towels met your needs — we appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
There were old linens under one of the bunk beds, other guests dirty socks under the couch. Sleeps 6 but only had 5 washcloths. We message the property manager about an iron and access to the closets. No iron for clothes so I had to buy one. Every closet has a pad lock so there was no way to hang up our clothes or put our shoes and luggage away. There was only one set of key cards which was very inconvenient. The location was perfect and the property could be perfect if these things are corrected.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, though we’re sorry parts of your stay were frustrating.
Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and the items you mentioned under the bed and couch should not have been missed. We will be addressing this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
For planning purposes, we clearly list in both the property listing and the guest portal exactly what items are provided in the unit so guests can prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, some of the concerns mentioned are outside of our control. Key cards for the building are issued directly by Beaver Run, and our company does not manage or distribute them. Additionally, the closets in this unit are locked at the owner’s discretion, so access to those spaces is not something we are able to modify.
We do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We will certainly pass your comments along to the owner for their awareness, and we’re glad you were still able to enjoy the excellent location.
Buffalo Village had all the amenities, pool, hot tub, pool tables, lockers for ski and ease of indoor parking. Great access to River Run gondola! Keystone always has the best slopes with great snowy groomed slopes. By far my family’s favorite ski area! The apartment was outfitted well with amenities which was most appreciated. I was disappointed that it was worn down quite a bit, more than any other places I have stayed in RiverRun. The beds were very hard, holes is walls where renters hung clothing on hooks and stripped out. Dining room table chairs falling apart.I have been a renter myself and know renters are hard on things and don’t always treat yours as they would their own. It does take a toll. The decks were great yet from the pictures online I thought we were facing mountain slopes, not the parking lot. My mistake/the 4:30am scraping of parking lot was upsetting, very loud. River Run may want to address this somehow.Otherwise, the end suite and overall accommodation were good.Thank you for sharing your home. KL

Thank you for this feedback Karen! Glad that it was a great trip overall. We will pass along the other feedback to the appropriate people so we can make your next stay even better.
My mom and I stayed here during the bacon and bourbon festival. The property and location were great! We had a few hiccups during our stay. No backup rolls of TP, we got a text stating that the water needed to be shut off for maintenance and it should only take 1-2 hours but ended up being all day, and lastly when we parked in the garage to bring all our stuff upstairs the elevator from the garage up wasn’t working so we had to lug our stuff up a couple flights of stairs to get to the lobby elevator which then took us up to our room. The balcony furniture was pretty old and worn down, we both ended up with slivers from the chairs. Overall a great stay just a few tweaks would make it even better! The hand towel holder in the queen bedroom bathroom was broken and there was a light out in the bunk bathroom.
