This property was beautiful with all the amenities that anyone would ever need. The only thing lacking was a dresser to put clothes in. The location was perfect for closeness to all attractions. I would definitely book Alpine Lofts again!
We adored this place! Right in the heart of Helen very close to the Festhalle. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. If I had a complaint, it would only be that the parking was an issue when we left Saturday and came back… but it all worked out. Definitely once you get to Helen, plan on parking your vehicle and leaving it in place while you’re there, especially in heavy tourism season. All in all great stay!
Location was great and property was clean. However, there is not designated parking. When we parked in what appeared to be the “community lot to the right of the building” our vehicle was towed. 234 later, the towing company returned our vehicle for us. There needs to be reserved parking for guests staying at this location. The point of staying here is to be in close proximity of town and not have to walk back and forth to your vehicle parked down the street or have to pay to park in a public lot. If you are not going to have reserved parking, please update the parking instructions so they are more clear for guests to understand.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property’s cleanliness and convenient location near town. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding parking, as clear communication is important to us. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The parking details have since been updated to provide more precise guidance for future guests.- It appears the vehicle may have been parked in a private lot that enforces towing, which can be easily mistaken for public parking.- There are several nearby options, including a paid lot and free city parking within walking distance.Thank you again for your comments and for helping us improve the guest experience.
We enjoyed the place overall. The code did not work for the back door so we had to make sure to use the front every time. It was very clean, however we were only provided a half a roll of toilet paper and couldn’t find any extra so a spare would have been nice. Other than that is was a great place and very convenient to everything. We were able to walk pretty much wherever. We would stay here again!
The location was great! It is within walking distance to restaurants and downtown. The unit is updated with newer appliances and sticked with basic utensils. The only complaint I have is the floors seemed dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our visit. I had to call to get check in/door code info but received an instant response and no delay in getting in unit. The unit is difficuly to find on a map so follow directions in email. They were very helpful.
Everything about this place and location is great!! It is SUPER clean, new and fresh. We literally walked everywhere the entire weekend. The TV is a bit tricky but we figured it out. The only issue we had which is no reflection of owner or management was having a family above us who was inconsiderate with an apparent toddler who hit the floors running at 7am. Again no reflection of this place or management just hope you don’t have young toddlers above you😊. We will definitely be back for sure!!
Couple's retreat to unplug, eat, explore and enjoy what Helen has to offer.
The location is perfect for walking to breakfast, the local pick up for tubbing down the river and the shops & restaurants in Helen. Parking is easy and your entrance is almost hidden beside the restaurant on the front of the building.
The condo is exceptionally clean. It is perfect for two people. If you have more, there is a pull out couch in the main/kitchen area. Due it the condo's newness, would recommend other visitors to bring extra toilet paper, paper products, normal coffee cups (ones provide are 1/2 the size of a normal cup). Visitors have great access of numerous restaurants so if you plan to cook any meals in the condo, might plan to bring your preferred cookware.
Would appreciate a later check out past 10am. Location is the key for this condo.
The Alpine was a super cute stay! Excellent location (highly recommend staying in downtown Helen as the car traffic getting in and out of town can be a lot). The Alpine allowed us to easily walk to everything in Helen. It was quiet with easy access to the apartment and parking.
Cons: the apartment really does come with only one tiny roll of toilet paper, which is certainly not enough for multiple guests for one weekend. It also comes with only one towel per person, one soap (in the bathroom, none in the kitchen), and no spices. This is all in the description, so it's not misleading, but you definitely need to bring all of this yourself.
Of note, the listing says up to four guests can stay there and while this is true, it is tight. We had four adult women and it was difficult for us to have space for us to all hang out in the same room, especially when we had the couch switched to a pullout bed (which was not at all comfortable).
