Horrifying experience. My daughter and I were moved without our permission from our room on the 1st floor to one on the 3rd floor. The owner claimed it was because of the typhoon, but Tokyo was NOT affected by the weather. The stairs were narrow and twisty and there was no elevator. My daughter and I were not able to bring our luggage up and down those stairs ourselves. The room smelled funny. There was a mirror in the room that was cracked. The 'bathtub' was no bigger than a sink. My daughter and I are not large people and even we could not use this 'bathtub'. I would NEVER have booked this place had I known about there not being a bathtub. I have disabilities and I use the bath for pain relief. When I tried to contact the owner, they blamed the entire situation on me and even had the nerve to say "if" I am disabled that I should have advised them. There was no need as I had a 1st floor room! It's none of heir business. We had to go find a hotel and so I lost the money for this rental and I had to pay an uber to get to a hotel. It was an AWFUL experience. The worst in all 4 establishments I stayed in during my 2 week stay in Japan. This place is terrible!
