The Space:

The building also offers shared laundry facilities for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The building has shared laundry facilities at the ground floor. Coin operated

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:

You'll find an incredible selection of cafes, wine bars, and some of Sydney’s finest restaurants right at your doorstep—ranging from award-winning dining to casual eateries. The area is also home to boutique shopping, art deco architecture, leafy streets, and scenic harbourside walks.

With excellent public transport options and close proximity to major attractions like the Royal Botanic Garden, Opera House, and Harbour Bridge, Potts Point is the ideal base for both business and leisure travellers looking to experience the best of Sydney.

Getting Around:
100m to Kings Cross Station. Easy walk to the city.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
