Come and stay in our renovated 3-bedroom basement suite! Conveniently located in a safe and mature neighbourhood, you are also close (walking distance) to Southgate Shopping Centre, groceries and public transportation/LRT.
Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). A total of 7 people can sleep comfortably with 3 beds and a super comfortable futon in the living room.
We are a family who lives upstairs and love to meet and greet our guests.

From an easy check in, to easy check out, everything we needed was there. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, table settings, and silverware. It was spacious and comfortable. When we reached out to our hosts, they were really quick with a reply. The location is close to a mall, grocery stores, etc. I am extremely pleased with our stay!
The optional off-street parking was easy to get to & felt secure. The apartment had an enclosed (protected from weather) entryway with 1 flight of stairs & a shoe rack. The apartment was comfortable, clean & attractive. I felt safe in the apartment & in the area. I did not notice any street noise. The location was easy to get to & it was easy to reach places I wanted to visit.
