The interior was clean and tidy. There are a few unfinished trim areas. The outside of the cottage needs some upkeep done and does not reflect the nice updates done on the interior. It was a nice place to stay overall. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. One should note that the tap water is not drinkable and remember to bring drinking water.

Cozy, clean, airy, cottage right on Lake Nippissing, with gorgeous views. Beautiful swimming. Excellent communication from host. Just what I was looking for.

Nice camp. 5 dead earwigs in the freezer. Fruit flies galore in the kitchen. AC was not working properly. no remote for tv. Streaming remote was there but no tv remote. AC was not working so tried fan in master wasnt working but may have been on us. Overall a nice property communication was great might just come down to whoever is maintaining the property for the owner. we did enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful and spacious home. Nice views in a quiet bay. Great for boating and fishing but not really a location for swimming, other than going to another location (20 minutes to Clear Lake beach) Beautiful and clear sky for star watching. Quiet neighbors. Excellent and responsive host. I would recommend to stay here to anyone, I was impressed with how big the cottage is and it is very pet friendly and many bedrooms for kids and office space if you bring work with you. Awesome place!

We had an excellent stay while our group of six two dogs were there. The bay is very shallow so it is not ideal for swimming but there is a boat launch around the corner which made it easy to go boating during our stay. Full functional kitchen, but you will need to wash dishes by hand. It does have a dishwasher but there was no dishwasher detergents supplied so we were unsure if it's functional. Lots of parking in the driveway, we were able to fit a small sedan, SUV, and small truck with trailer in the driveway. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place in the future.
