Awesome farm house home! Perfect space for large families. My grandchildren loved the game room and exploring outside the beautiful property. We would return if the opportunity arose.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend of golf in Cooperstown. Dana, the host, was very communicative and helpful, offering clear instructions for check-in and check-out, suggestions for enjoying the house's amenities, both indoors and outdoors, as well as suggestions for activities in the area. She responded promptly to all inquiries. The house was clean and spacious, with enough beds, bathrooms, and places to just hang out for all of us. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to be in either Cooperstown or Cobleskill, both of which are about 25 minutes away.

Beautiful Property - Felt Like Home

We were up here for a baseball tournament and could not have been happier with this home and the owners. Everything in the home was very nice which made it feel like we were at home. The kids had an amazing time too...there was a lot of area outside for them to play and the game room was great for them too. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again any time that I am in the area!

Super Host Dana and Helpful manager Rodney. We had a great experience during our stay at the property, which was immaculate and decorated with a lot of details for a comfortable time.We arrived during a snowstorm, which caused car troubles. Dana and Rodney responded to our request for help promptly and provided us with immense assistance.One of the family couldn't join us in time due to the storm, Dana allowed us an extra hours for checkout. Thank you.

Really great place. Best I have stayed on vrbo maybe. A lot of bathrooms per bedroom. A ton of big beds. Great place.
