Cook up a storm in the fabulously renovated gourmet kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of two spacious bathrooms, internal laundry, and air-conditioning throughout. With 24-hour security and a prime location just a short stroll to Sydney CBD and Potts Point, this apartment is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and location.

Pool and Gym are available through Ovolo hotel on Woolloomooloo Wharf for a daily fee.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Woolloomooloo Wharf was built in 1915 and for the next 70-odd years handled the export of much of Australia’s wool, and served as a disembarking point for new migrants arriving to the country. It has since been converted into a fashionable complex, housing some of Sydney’s finest restaurants and most stylish residential flats.
Woolloomooloo Wharf and the surrounding neighbourhood offers some of the best dining options in the city, with Sydney institutions such as pan-Asian China Doll, the celebrated seafood joint, Manta Restaurant and the wonderful Italian restaurant, Otto.

Getting Around:
Minutes walk to taxi's, buses, rail connections.

Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
