Lovely property a ‘real’ getaway, and different lovely scenery (we already have a lovely scenery where we live) but NS has such a different unique one, host was and is amazing thank you for making a wonderful memory for us ***** and more for the experience.

The cottage was the most charming we have seen during our 5 month trip. However we should have asked if there was a railing going up to the door. My friend has mobility issues and lost her balance on the first step even though I was assisting her. There was a rock slab before the step that had an uneven surface. The ambulance took an hour to arrive and we ended up in New Glasgow hospital so decided not to return to the cottage. The host was very responsive and concerned. We would have loved to stay at the cottage. She ended up giving us a refund which she did not have to do and we did not ask for. We would highly recommend the cottage if you do not have mobility challenges or they add a rail.
