Our comfortable holiday home with a 600 m2 lawn, is located right near the sea. There is an open fireplace in the living room. Each of the three bedrooms has its own washing possibility. The gas central heating makes it comfortable all year around.

Renovierungsbedarf

Die Ausstattung (Möbel, Sanitärbereich, Holzvertäfelung) scheint aus den 70. Jahren zu sein und ist inzwischen abgenutzt. Viele Möbel (Tische usw.) haben eine raue, nicht versiegelte Oberfläche, wodurch es unmöglich ist Sauberheit herzustellen. Einige Lampen z.B. im Bad sind über Zugbänder ein- bzw. auszuschalten. Diese ursprünglich weißen Bänder sind vom jahrelangen Anfassen inzwichen fast schwarz. Eklig! Die Schhlafzimmer sind mit dunklem Holz getäfelt, zusammen mit den alten Möbeln wirkt dies keinesfalls einladend. Die Dusche ist ein Abenteuer. Es wird eine Grundrenovierung und Erneuerung der Möbel empfohlen.

Rundum perfekt

Alles super durchdacht und einfach nur wohlfühlen. Urlaub und Entspannung pur. Auch unser Hund hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt.

Haben den Urlaub genossen. Das wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut zuerreichen

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alles ist gut durchdacht. Vom Mixer über Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden. Selbst Gewürze waren vorhanden. Die Terasse ist groß und überdacht so daßauch ein bisschen Regen nicht stört. Mein Fazit, ein gelungener Kurzurlaub PS. die Vermieter, Familie Nothofer waren sehr entgegenkommend da wir durch zweimalige Panne auf der Hinreise den Urlaub nicht hätten antreten können. Da unser Auto erst 3 tage später fertig war, durften wir eine Woche später kommen. Auch der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freudlich. Wir bekamen von ihm Freizeittips. Vielen Dank an Familie Nothofer, die uns den Urlaub noch ermöglicht hat.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit gepflegten großen Garten, strandnähe ist sehr von Vorteil.

Wir haben mit unserem Yorki eine schöne Woche hier verbringen dürfen. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber und vorhanden. Der Strand war auch in der Nähe und leicht zu erreichen. Die gesamte Ferienanlage war ebenfalls sauber und schön. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus und die Ferienanlage nur empfehlen. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, dass die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter hervorragend war.
