Perfect apartment but on the 3rd floor, no elevator but a good workout ! We LOVED the 400-year old building but our only issue was parking. We were extremely lucky to find spots quite near the apartment each evening but it was a bit stressful driving intra muro with all the pedestrians and one-way signs

Le Cerf Volant "Traumhafter Urlaub am Strand bei warmen (und nicht zu heißen) Temperaturen. 🙂 Die Lage ist hervorragend, am Rande der Innenstadt. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand oder zum Tourismusbüro und zu den Bussen. 🙁 Die Schlüsselübergabe wäre absolut unkompliziert verlaufen, nur habe ich leider die What's App Nachricht, die mir der Gastgeber geschickt hat, nie erhalten (er hat sie mir gezeigt, die Nummer war richtig. Keine Ahnung, warum das nicht geklappt hat). Wir haben 35 Minuten vor dem Haus gewartet, erst dann habe ich ihn endlich telefonisch erreichen können. Leider hat er nur wenig Englisch gesprochen. Aber er war innerhalb weniger Minuten da und hat uns alles gezeigt und war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht."

Un peu stressant toutes les pancartes sur la nécessité de faire le moins de bruit possible surtout en période de vacances avec des enfants, il serait utile de le préciser plus clairement dans l annonce pour réserver ou non en toute connaissance de cause. Néanmoins, nous n avons pas eu de soucis avec le voisinage et avons passé un bon séjour. NB: un peu juste en termes de verres pour 4..."

Zu bedenken gibt es nicht zu viel Gepäck mitnehmen Parkplätze sind sehr sehr rar, das war zu erwarten bei der Lage. 🙁 Leider 3. Etage mit ""puhh Treppe"". Man hört die Nachbarn über einem laufen also hören die unten drunter einen auch. Es fehlten Kleinigkeiten, Geschirrspülhandtuch, Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten. Schlüsselübergabe muss Abgesprochen werden mit Wartezeit."

Le Cerf Volant "Hübsche Wohnung, leider in einem sehr ungepflegten Haus 🙂 Die Wohnung ist - isoliert betrachtet - hübsch gestaltet. Die Bilder geben den Eindruck sehr gut wieder. Der Checkin war pünktlich und sehr freundlich. 🙁 Die Wohnung und insbesondere das Bad rochen muffig. Absolut scheußlich ist der Zugang zur Wohnung: In einer Stadt wie Saint-Malo sind die Spuren von Möwen natürlich unvermeidbar. Doch hier waren die Eingangsstufen zum Haus von Möwenkot flächendeckend übersät. Der Eindruck wurde vom Treppenhaus getoppt. Ein altes Haus kann viel Charme haben, doch hier wurde scheinbar seit Jahrhunderten nichts gemacht. Jedenfalls haben wir uns um Jahrhunderte zurückversetzt gefühlt. Es roch modrig, es war düster und staubig bzw. schmutzig. Die Fenster des Lichtschachts waren nahezu blind. Bzgl. der vielen Treppen waren wir informiert. Jedoch sollte auf den Zustand der Treppe hingewiesen werden. Da die Treppe vermutlich auch schon ca. 100 Jahre alt und nicht restauriert ist, sind die Stufen unterschiedlich hoch und tief sowie vielfach ausgebrochen."

Le Cerf Volant "Wunderschöne Zeitreise, mal völlig weg aus dem Alltag. 🙂 Tolle Lage und fantastisches Ambiente in einem Gebäude Baujahr um 1680. Super Betreuung bei der Ankunft. Kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und leckeres kleines, günstiger indischer Imbiss in 50 Metern. Stilvoll und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. 🙁 Doppelbett sehr bequem, das kleinere Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer nicht so sehr. Da ich mit meiner Mama verreist war haben wir beide Schlafzimmer genutzt."

Cuisine jolie et fonctionnelle avec café espresso (merci pour les 3 capsules),lave vaisselle... Appartement super bien placé. Attention, 3 étages super raides 🙁 Rien de grave. Peut être que des fenêtres double vitrages seraient plus agréables."

Le Cerf Volant "Superbe emplacement intra-muros au cœur de saint Malo, accès immédiat aux meilleurs spots restos et commerces ainsi qu’aux plus beaux endroits à visiter Appart au top, très agréable Mais 2 gros bémols…: _ escalier typique des vieux bâtiments de saint Malo, soit plutôt rude à grimper surtout avec des sacs, des courses ou des équipements bébé ou enfant _ des voisins du dessous intolérants à la vie en communauté et qui ne supportent pas les gens qui ne marchent pas sur la pointe des pieds ( imaginez avec un enfant de 2 ans…) Réelle contrainte de liberté et tranquillité quand on on vous attend sur le palier à votre sortie…"

Je trouve juste pas simple de ne pouvoir communiquer que par mail avec l’agence. Par ailleurs voisine du dessous très sensible aux nuisances sonores, compliqué à gérer avec des enfants en bas âges. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très agréable séjour."

Le Cerf Volant "Attention! à ne pas louer en hiver : il faisait 10 degrés dans le logement à notre arrivée ( le chauffage venait d’être allumé), 15 à minuit, 18 ensuite. Je dénonce également le fonctionnement de l’agence, vous pouvez joindre qqun qui bien que fort aimable, ne peut rien pour vous aider et vous propose de vous adresser au service réclamation…. Qui ne vous proposera qu’un modique dédommagement 15 jours après par mail. Mes expériences avec les particuliers sur airbnb sont très différentes / cette agence. A éviter. St Malo très bien évidemment."

Just remember you’re staying place that’s 400 years old and you must climb up four flights of windy stairs, and throughout the night, pigeons and construction and other sounds will be loud. Not recommended for ppl with allergies, but the location is excellent.
