High quality furnishings, exceptionally equipped new suite in beautiful upper area of Kelowna. Breathtaking views from living area while cooking your meals, or sitting on our side private area enjoying a bbq! Small, non shedding dogs allowed for extra fee. Non smoking. Separate, private entrance with parking right in front for easy access. This is a quiet street and we are do not allow partiers or any sort of chaos.This unit is well stocked for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Dog park close, along with lake access a 5 min drive to unload your kayak. One private bedroom with one lazy boy sofa queen size in living area. The calendar is incorrect, please reach out to me to check dates.

I do not charge a cleaning fee like everyone else because I feel this is part of the rental fee; however I do expect you to leave our beautiful suite tidy.

Bottles and cans can be left in the box in the front closet.

Towels and bedding can be left by the washer

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No drugs, wild parties, loudness, gatherings at our home one parking spot only

no dogs off leash running around the property, or on neighbors, poop must be cleaned up immediately.
