Upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bath with heated floors, towel warmer and soaker tub include comfortable king and queen beds. In the lower level, you will have access to your own home theatre with 85" smart tv, including two sleeping cots and full washroom with walk-in shower and heated floor. Guests have control of the central heating/air conditioning in the unit and will be provided with complimentary access to high speed fibre-optic wifi and streaming services. Free street parking is available immediately around the property.
Guests will have exclusive access to the upper portion of the house, including the front porch, main, upper, and basement home theatre (with two twin cot beds and a full washroom). An owner occupies a separated basement suite, entered below the front porch. Enjoy shared use of the sunny front fire pit garden, exclusive use of the rear deck (with gas bbq), and shared use of the soon to be available rear garden for dining and lounging.
