Welcome to your ultimate coastal escape. This brand new 1 bedroom studio is perfect for a couple seeking a stylish and serene getaway in the unspoiled beauty of Hawks Nest, NSW. Just 20 metres from the tranquil shores of Winda Woppa Bay, this stunning water side property is situated perfectly between Winda Woppa beach and the Myall river (20 meters walk to either) – perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water’s edge.
The Osprey studio can be booked on its own for a couple’s getaway (and separated off from the main house by a custom solid timber sliding wall), or it can be booked as part of the main Osprey at Hawks Nest house.
If booked as the studio alone, it features modern neutral aesthetics and top-of-the-line finishes along with:
Private driveway and access
Outdoor dining
Outdoor shower and clothes line
Private ensuite, lounge room, kitchen and laundry facilities
Ability to convert the sofa into a sofa bed for young children at an additional charge.

Hi, I'm Olivia and have started my hosting journey at the start of 2025. We have the Osprey property in Hawks Nest, and Vintage Steel in the countryside of Hinton NSW. We love being able to share our special properties for people to enjoy special occasions with family & friends, or simply a enjoy a holiday getaway and create wonderful memories.
Why they chose this property
Hawks Nest is described as our 'happy place'. It is all about the pristine waterways, being surrounded by the bay, river and a short walk to the surf beach. It is peaceful and 'untouched' without the development of the other side of the Port Stephens waterway.
What makes this property unique
Osprey at Hawks Nest is a brand new architecturally designed renovation (in 2025), designed with modern aesthetics and top of the line finishes. The studio space allows couples to enjoy the peace and quiet of Winda Woppa, Hawks Nest, yet have full privacy from the main home.
