Beautiful location at the Horizons Golf Resort . This is a peaceful and very quiet location , fantastic views from all levels of the lake and golf course.
Spacious two story townhouse with large bedrooms , master bedroom has its own balcony with comfortable lounge chairs .
Nature abounds at your front door with afternoon visits from kangaroos ,5 min walk to the local beach , access to kilometres of walking trails. Also dont forget a world class golf course just at the front door with a putting green in your front yard. First class clubhouse with full bar and restaurant facilities 100 metres away .
This has been our private holiday home and we are now opening holiday home for guests.We want guests to enjoy family time as we have included a board games pack and a small library if you would like to rest and just read a book on the balcony and just relax. The Salamander Bay shopping centre is 5 mins away ,beaches 10 mins and restaurants close by at Nelson’sBay or Soldiers Point.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-the general rule is to leave the townhouse in the condition that you found it ,treat our holiday home as if it was yours
- clean and tidy the kitchen
- bag all rubbish and drop off at the bins
Located at the large car park ,opposite the clubhouse
- leave the linen on the beds ,cleaner will remove and replace with freshly washed linen
- leave the towels in the bathroom
-remove all food
