Firstly, it is walking distance to the important things like waterfront restaurants and cute bars. Of course, comfy beds with nice linen is a must have. There is a spacious outdoor area to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drink.
Speaking of coffee, there is good coffee, and a choice of teas supplied but if you are feeling lazy (or social) there are plenty of great cafes very close by.

If going to the reef is part of the plan take a five-minute stroll to the reef terminal and choose your tropical adventure, book and board and choose a nice restaurant
Across the street you will find the famous Rusty's market open Friday to Sunday while adjacent is a shopping center with shops, cafes and movie theatre, all you need to spend a day or just pick up a few things to cook a meal in my fully equipped kitchen.
Also, there is a lift for the days you have done your step count and want to just get back and rest up. If you must do some work, there is excellent internet.

Clean apartment, good location easy walking distance to the esplanade. The apartment is on a main road and can be noisy but if doors and windows are closed (which they mainly were as we had the air conditioning on) its quiet. Great communication from host.
