Cute old house in what appears a remolding process with some areas nicely done. Needs more personal touches and attention to details in terms of amenities (I.e. linens, kitchen ware, outdoor living space, lamps, clocks, furniture, etc).

Overall this guest left the house near and clean, having said that she was deceptive in that she had asked for the access code and checked herself in early well before the the 3pm checkin. She was aware of flooding issues in the area and I had even told her that my cleaner needed the entire time as the guest prior had to stay an extra day. I came into the property to replenish supplies only to find her and the other guests went ahead without my permission which was annoying given the everything else we had to deal with given the flood. If she had the simple courtesy to ask for permission it would have gone a long way. Hope she can learn a little grace going forward.
The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable - just like the pictures. Also a great location. Great value compared to some other rentals. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Overall I would definitely rent again!Few things...--Wasn't able to get phone to connect to TV to cast, so weren't able to use the TV. Tried but it didn't work. Possible it was user error on my part.--Wasn't sure what to do with food garbage, so took it to my family's house to dispose of. --Didn't have specific check-out instructions, so hoping I left everything as I should have.
Perfect location. Great neighborhood with everything you need close by; grocery stores, pharmacies & take-outs. Easy access to the QEW making all of the Niagara districts easy to get to.

Property was ill equipped to accommodate 4 adults. There was no table and chairs on the deck( table had been moved and deck had remnants of broken glass. No lamps and tables in living room, no lamps in bedrooms. Only overhead lighting. Not enough seating in living room for 4 adults. Kitchen was bare bones with only a few cooking utensils and few pots or pans. Advertised 3 bedrooms, only 2 bedrooms, ? basement did have a futon. No extra linens available, Remote for TV did not work.Host was contacted, offered our money back if we left which we did within agreed upon time. Would not recommend this property until the host improves this property to make it a comfortable stay and review his amenities on the listing to a more accurate description
Host was easy to communicate with and got back to you right away with requests or questions. House was clean and in a nice family friendly neighbourhood.
