We are located in the midst of many wineries, breweries, restaurants, horticultural farms and many flower cultivators. Walk 5 mins to Charles Daly park, take a swim at the sandy beach, or just take a stroll around the park.
We are also in close proximity (5 min drive) to Port Dalhousie with the beautiful marina, beautiful sandy beach and ice cream/gelato shops and kids carousel. If you’re up to it, take a game of beach volleyball and spend your afternoon basking in the sun.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is quick and easy. Guests will receive instructions couple days prior to arrival with electronic access and other house details. Check-in is at 3pm, and check out at 11am.
Three levels of lakefront yard and two gazebos for relaxing. Enjoy a local glass of wine or beer with the use of a 36” griddle in the summer months.
Grocery stores, wineries and LCBO are all minutes away by car. This home is located near scenic vineyards, orchards and farms to explore.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the 2 utility rooms. This home is free standing and is not attached. We are always available by phone call or text message, should you require anything.
Laundry facilities are included. However we request guests to please rinse any clothing that may become excessively soiled.

Published rates are for the first 6 guests. Additional guest is $60/pp/night with prior approval.
No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host.
Maximum 3 cars allowed at the property. Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purposes.
This home meets all fire safety protocol and local regulations to operate.

The house has a whole home filtration system. As well, we are on a septic system, which means grey water and black water collect underground. Putting anything other than biological waste and toilet paper will clog up the septic tank.
PLEASE NOTE:
Parental supervision is always advised as we are near a large body of water-Lake Ontario. Please supervise your children’s at all times.
This home is located in a noise sensitive area and the owners participate in a Good Neighbour protection program. As well, the Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 11pm. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices, not any personal conversations and information. Thank you for your support in our efforts to be good neighbours.
This home is equipped with security cameras on all 4 corners, as well as the boat slip area.
TAXES:
GST (13%) is collected on all Short Term Accommodations (STA) and submitted quarterly to the government.
MAT (4%) is the municipal accommodation tax collected for STA and intended to support tourism development and other projects within the community. These taxes are filed quarterly and submitted to local government.
