Large renovated 13th century house next to the main square of Champeix in the heart of the main road to Besse, Super Besse, St Nectaire, Murol, Mont-Dore, la Bourboule...
Large village house, quiet, spacious, 100 m2 for 6 people with independent bedrooms + cot, renovated, modern, fully equipped: fitted kitchen, oven, coffee maker, living room with TV (Netflix, Prime), dining room, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower, two toilets, reading area, hiking area, garage for bicycles and motorbikes, washing machine, laundry room.
At the foot of the house, two large free car parks, post office, tobacconist, press, bakery, shops, restaurants, hiking departures, large square under the trees to play bowls, bike, walk, children's playground, everything is done walk very easily.
Access to rivers, casinos, thermal baths, tourist sites (Chateau de Murol, mountain biking, pony, kayak, zip line...) is in an area of ​​10 to 20 minutes by car.
The municipal swimming pool open all summer is 5 minutes walk, as well as the hypermarket, gas station, local brewery, bus stop for nearby towns.
A75 access at 15 minutes. Motorcycles, bicycles, pets welcome.

Week-end en Auvergne

Nous avons passés un agréable week-end de deux nuits à Champeix, le logement est situé dans une petite rue très calme, et à proximité du centre ville, il n’est pas possible de stationner dans la rue mais il y a plusieurs parking à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour reposant et une visite des environs.

Merci à Julie et Pascal pour leur sympathie, leur réactivité et leur logement qui était parfait . Bien équipé en tout point et dans le centre de Champeix avec son charme particulier et surtout au centre névralgique de nombreux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé un séjour nickel, la semaine est passée trop vite avec les circuits qu'on a pu faire . Ce fût un retour aux sources pour mon père Auvergnat qui a bien profité. Merci à vous 2. La famille de Lorraine .
