8 wild court is at the sheltered end of the Bay, a 30 second walk to the beach. The house itself caters for RELAXING. There is a kids play ground at a stones throw, swimming out the front is very safe, Colac bay activities, surfing🏄,sup🛶, kiteing🪁, foiling, diving🤿, fishing🎣, a boat ramp 🚣.
NOTE: PLEASE BRING OWN LINEN towels/sheets/pillow case, are not supplied, if you can't, I can supply at a rate,
$30 linen per bedroom, $15 per towel

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Arriving, Get key, enter house, turn power on at main box beside other outside door, take note of how the cottage is expected to be left. light fire if needed
Leaving, turn power off at main box, leave house how you found it when arrived, check all bedrooms toilet kitchen that nothing is left behind. put key back
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
