Relaxed, sunlit and perfectly designed for coastal living, this two-level home blends fresh white interiors with natural textures and open, flowing spaces.

The main living area upstairs invites you to unwind beside the slow-combustion fireplace, with wide glass doors framing leafy outlooks and gentle sea breezes. The open-plan layout connects the lounge, dining and kitchen—ideal for shared meals and easy entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, providing everything you need to cook, chat and connect. The adjoining balcony extends the living space outdoors, where alfresco dining and a relaxed sitting area make it the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of room for pets and children to play, with a firepit ready for cosy evenings under the stars.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: the primary with a queen bed and calm sitting nook, a second queen bedroom bathed in natural light, and a third bedroom with a double-over-single tri-bunk. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate linen nook completes this level.

Downstairs, a spacious second living area doubles as a games room—perfect for kids, teens or relaxed family nights. Here, a ping pong table, board games and a comfortable lounge create an easygoing hub for fun and downtime. The fourth bedroom includes two bunk beds and sits alongside a bathroom with a spa bath and a full laundry complete with a washer and storage space.

Parking is provided on the driveway with one undercover space beneath the carport.

This property is NOT suitable for a large group of adults. The top bunk beds will only hold children up to age 12.

One well-behaved, non-shedding dog is welcome with prior approval ($75 pet fee applies). Shedding breeds may be considered with outdoor-only access.

A portacot is available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if required.

Please treat our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
