Summary:

This beach house will have you relaxed and in holiday mode from the moment you step through the door.



A short walk and you'll have your toes in the sand as you enjoy the expansive coastline of Goolwa Beach. Swimming, surfing, cockling, building sandcastles or enjoying the solitude of early morning or late evening walks along the beach.



The whole family will enjoy what this house has to offer. Outside there is an expansive front balcony with views of the ocean, and another balcony at the rear overlooking the garden. Enjoy a bbq after a long day at the beach while the kids play on the lawn.



Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 sets of bunks. There is also a living area with a smart TV, ideal for the kids, plus a bathroom and laundry.



Upstairs is the light, bright and airy open plan kitchen / living / dining area, all leading onto the front balcony with the ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and pod coffee machine, there is a large dining table with seating for 8, plus comfy couches and a large smart TV in the living area. The master bedroom also leads onto the balcony so you can wake up to those ocean views. With a second bathroom upstairs, this really is the ideal family holiday home.



This house is pet friendly by negotiation and must be agreed in writing.



Quiet and secluded for much of the year, the off season provides the perfect time to enjoy this special place and you'll likely find you have the beach all to yourself. Over the summer period, enjoy the vibe of the holidays and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

* NO PETS unless agreed in writing

We had a great stay in Goolwa over the Christmas–New Year period. The accommodation was comfortable, well set up, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The location was fantastic and made it so easy to enjoy everything Goolwa has to offer. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to others.

Relaxing getaway

Nice relaxing getaway, walking distance to the beach and views over the houses and fields. Everything you need, including enclosed garden for dog. No wifi has only complaint from kids but I thought was an added bonus!

Great dog friendly house

This was a great pet friendly house, with a secure backyard for our dog when he wasn't inside with us. Location was really good, easy walk to the beach, walking tracks, cafes etc. House was well appointed with everything you need. Only negatives were the lack of information as to the location of the key safe (especially when arriving in the dark) and the pillows - bring your own! Will definitely book again - overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful beach house

Felt like home! Super clean and lovely house and garden! We all felt super relaxed and will definitely stay again! Only issues was we arrived very late at night and couldn’t find the key box - some instructions as to where to look would have been great and we couldn’t get the wifi to work but we weren’t too bothered by that either…. LOVED our stay!!! THANK YOU!!!

Faulty and old washing machine

I had very bad experience with stay. Washing machine was not working. It was too old. Contacted during weekend, no reply. Taken 5 loads of dirty clothes including wet clothes to Melbourne for washing. If you planning to stay more than one day, carry a washing machine in the trailer.Otherwise find laundromat. The one in the property is not in working condition. Other than everything fine. Contact host is not easy after hours and weekends.

A great stay close to the beach.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean and there was lots of space for the kids and adults. So close to the beach and a great space in the backyard for the dog.
