Come & relax at beautiful laid back Goolwa Beach.
Boston Beach House is a simple, clean and tidy, no frills holiday home situated at Goolwa Beach.
With pricing kept to less than a cabin or powered site at the caravan park we offer affordable accommodation.
All close by are the local shopping centre with 2 supermarkets, a post office/newsagency, chemist, bottle shop, cafe, butcher, bakery, etc.

The main street of Goolwa is just a couple of minutes drive away, as well as the river/wharf area.
The beach is a 2 min drive/10 minute walk away.
Great for boogie boarding and surfing, with surf lessons available too.

MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHT BOOKINGS ONLY - NO WIFI IS PROVIDED

Clean & nicely presented, this 3 Bedroom Home has a Queen, Double & 2 x Single beds. Open plan living - large lounge with heating & cooling, fully equipped kitchen & 2 way bathroom. TV/DVD/CD player, Board Games, Laundry facilities , Coffee pod machine, BBQ & under cover parking.

BYO TOWELS & BED LINEN (Sheets, Quilt covers, Pillow cases).
Quilts, Pillows, Blankets & Kitchen Linen are all provided.

The local beach has 4WD access. The Coorong, Hindmarsh Island, River, Goolwa Barrages, South Lakes Golf Course, Currency Creek wine region are all a short drive away.

There are playgrounds along the river for young kids, as well as the Goolwa Animal Farm on Airport Road, 5 mins drive away.

Ride the Cockle Train (seasonal).

You can travel to nearby Hindmarsh Island, Milang, Clayton Bay, Finniss, Port Elliott, Middleton & Victor Harbor to experience all the Fleurieu has to offer.

Come & enjoy all there is to do or simply put your feet up, relax and recharge the batteries.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Boston Beach House.

The property was looked after well and was in a quiet street with quiet neighbours. The layout of the house was lovely with a sea, beach and surfing theme. The beds were comfortable and there was a great supply of crockery and utensils for cooking.

There were six of us, who drove down to Goolwa from Melbourne. This home was very cozy and beautiful. It was well-maintained and stocked well. Recommend this home to anyone. Amazing communication by the hosts as well.

Funky little shack!

When looking for a clean, family friendly holiday house that was close to all facilities we stumbled onto the Boston beach house. It had everything we needed in a well priced package. Communication with the agent was smooth and simple. I’d like to recommend this property but won’t so it isn’t booked out when we’re back.

We loved this property. Close to the beach and shops. House was clean and had everything you would need for a stay away from home; even an air fryer !! 😃 Board games, DVDs etc that kept us entertained after dark. The property manager was wonderful and replied promptly to my queries. Will definitely recommend this stay to friends and family.

Weekend Trip To Give Young Mum a Break

The property was tidy and well organized. Lots of games and toys for the children to play with. The property was warm (we stayed in early July), and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. We would stay again. Thanks also to the owner, who provided help via phone (twice!) when we couldn't access the website for the address.

Excellent Getaway

2 adults, 4 kids - we had a great extended weekend getaway at the Boston Beach house. The house is clean, spacious living space, back yard was big enough for the kids to have a water fight and some backyard cricket and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking stuff we could possibly need! Only possible thing I would critise would be the sharpness of the knifes in the kitchen! Other than that…. Absolutly perfect.!!!

clean and tidy could do with a bit of maintenance ie paint outside ,replace outside table and chairs,remove old screen door catch. TV had poor sound with a bit of volume sounded like speakers no good. 2dvd players but only 1 plugged into tv but both plugged into power a bit confusing trying to work out.
