A charming cottage centrally located in the heart of an historic river port town by the sea.
This tastefully decorated English style wing of the main house features couch, armchairs, Queen bed, ensuite, split system heating and cooling, TV. table & chairs, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, coffee machine.
Outdoor seating amongst the cottage garden and almond trees.
Hosted by a well travelled gentleman whom along with his daughter are happy to assist where needed to enjoy the sights and sounds of this delightful town.
100 metres to Australia's first public railway, the cockle train and adjacent to the railway station is the Goolwa Wharf precinct with century old paddle steamer, Oscar W.
Coorong cruises from the wharf.
A short walk along the river to Australia's first regatta yacht club.
Within two kms of the famous Goolwa Beach and equally famous Bombora Caf'e.
Wineries locally worth a visit.
Great stopover on the way to beautiful Kangaroo Island.
