This comfy three bedroom unit sleeps 6 people and is located in the Iconic Horseshoe Bay. 3 bedrooms , 2 queen beds and two singles.
Walking distance to cafes and shops. Enjoy a beer and a bbq with
limited views from balcony. This unit is not at the front of the building and does not overlook Horseshoe bay. However, a short stroll and you are there.
Perfect for small family.
Stairs to level one.

No pets unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking.
3 night minimum for long weekends and 4 night minimum for Easter.
BBQ on balcony
Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean.
Entry is via keybox and the code will be provided on the morning of your arrival.

Clean, comfortable with everything you need, parking for two cars. Fantastic location just steps from the beach, walking distance to cafes/pub and even a view of the Cockle Train as it goes past. Appreciate the linens and fabulous hot water service to shower off after the sandy beach. Would gladly stay again.

Decent budget accommodation near the bay

Dolphin 10 is not fancy but perfectly adequate for a short stay when location matters. It's right adjacent to Horseshoe Bay and walking distance to several eateries - both in town and adjacent the bay. The unit is small but has all that is required.
