Summary:

This fabulous home is located in Goolwa South and has a full panoramic view of the river to the Goolwa barrage. An easy walk to Bombora on the River, the Aquatic Club, bike paths and South Lakes Golf Club.



Comprises a bright, spacious family / dine that takes full advantage of the river vista through picture windows that flow out onto the front balcony. A gorgeous spot to watch the passing boats. The modern well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher overlooks the dining area and lounge room, split system AC unit in the main living / dining area.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

River view delight.

Loved staying in this house. Deck views are amazing. Wish we could have opened the 2nd and 3rd bedroom windows for fresh air. Everything else excellent.

The main living area of the house was really lovely with a wonderful view, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was a little smaller than expected for two adults. The house was very well equipped although we didn't realise we had to supply our own linen. This fact was missed when we read the description. We have never had to bring linen before, which was an added cost and inconvenience as we came from interstate.

New year getaway

View from the property is amazing overlooks the River and we booked to stay New Year’s Eve, which gave us prime view and the fireworks off the Hindmarsh Island bridge. Property has full amenities, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. This property has floor to ceiling windows throughout, beds are comfortable, kitchen, dining and lounge really big and so much room for the kids to play. Points for improvement, windows weren’t clean, which hinder the view. There were a lot of deceased bugs throughout the property on check in. Mattress protectors, pillows and some quilt covers had staining. Backyard is not suitable for young children.
