The home comprises 3 bedrooms, the main is located upstairs with a Queen bed, built in robe and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom which is located downstairs have a Queen bed and a bunk bed in each - ideal for two families. Sleeps up to 10.

Two living areas feature comfortable lounges, televisions and a blu-ray player. The downstairs living area also includes a Wii with some games. Each living area has a variety of movies (DVDs) which you can enjoy both for children and adults.

The upstairs fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and Nespresso Machine (bring your own pods). While the downstairs kitchen is set up with breakfast plates, kettle and a toaster, & fridge.

Each level has its own fully tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. The downstairs bathroom includes a small bath for the kids.

The laundry includes a front loader washing machine and drier & ironing facilities.

There is a Family WeberQ BBQ so you can cook up a storm.

There is also undercover parking on the side of the house

The home is air conditioned with 3 reverse cycle split system air-conditioners in the upstairs living & main bedroom and downstairs living with ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

All Queen & Single bed Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and linen are included in the cleaning charge. Please bring your own beach towels.
