Spacious, comfortable and well maintained describes this 2012 built home. You will relax in comfort while enjoying views of both the sea and hills. The home comprises 4 bedrooms, main with King bed, built in robe and flat panel LCD digital television. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and built in robe. The third bedroom comprises two extra long single beds which can be joined together to form a King size bed, also with a dresser and the fourth bedroom provides two, double bunks and a dresser. The home accommodates a maximum of 6 adults with the total maximum occupancy of 10 persons, making the home ideal for two families looking for a family holiday venue.
Two living areas feature comfortable lounges and each living area has a flat panel LCD television. The upstairs living area includes a blu-ray/CD player. The downstairs living area includes a blu-ray/CD player, Sony Muteki blue tooth sound system, table tennis table and an 8X4 pool table.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled water. The sink is fitted with a filter tap.
Each level has its own fully tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. The downstairs bathroom includes a bath.
The laundry includes a front loading washing machine, ironing facilities and storage.
The front deck has a large round outdoor table and enjoys sea views towards the Coorong, while the rear deck enjoys impressive rural views and is equipped with a Weber Family Q BBQ, an outdoor table to seat 12, and a day bed.
The attached enclosed garage will provide secure parking for one vehicle or boat and leisure articles.
The home is air conditioned with reverse cycle split system air-conditioners in the living areas on each level. The home is also fully insulated, achieving a six star energy efficiency rating. Electric blankets are provided on the King and Queen beds from May to September inclusive.
Relaxing at Middleton
Access to a pristine surf beach is less than 150 metres from this property, ideal for surfing, body boarding or kayaking. The home is located on the Encounter Bikeway which extends from Goolwa to Victor Harbor. A short drive will take you to a number of local wineries or venture further out to wineries at Langhorne Creek or McLaren Vale. Public golf courses are located within a 20 minute drive at Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Mt Compass. Whale watch from nearby coastal vantages during the winter months or ride the historical Cockle Train all year round.
Linen, Cleaning and Availability Conditions
All bed linen is supplied including quilts, quilt covers, pillow cases and pillows. Bath and beach towels are not provided. Guests will need to supply their own and bath and beach towels. A $130 cleaning fee is additional for all bookings. A cot and high chair is available upon request at no extra charge.
Free unlimited WiFi is available at the property through a NBN connection. Netflix is available on all televisions.
The property is managed by the property owner, not an agent with dozens of properties to manage and only available during business hours. While staying at the property you will be able to contact the owner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should an issue arise that needs resolving during your stay.

The stay was exceptional. We hire a home each year, and this by far our favourite to date. The owners had thought of everything in terms of kitchen equipment etc. The location is fantastic with views front and back and the house was spacious, perfect for our family and included everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We will be back!
Had a lovely time with family over Easter, teenagers enjoyed the pool table and table tennis.
Very close to the best beach, loved the morning walks to grab coffee.
Highly recommend for a family stay.
Wonderful clean holiday home for intergenerational family. With two rambunctious grandchildren the home was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their own space. Standout features included, two large living areas, spacious kitchen, dining seating for 10 & two large balconies offering views of the ocean (front) and rural vistas at the back of the property. Check-in was straightforward with the owner easily contactable if we needed. The back lawn/yard was an added bonus, providing an additional area for the kids to play in. In all, we had a great family holiday with everyone leaving refreshed and rested. Thanks Vic for providing a great spot to enjoy a family holiday, with all keen to return next year!

Not a bad thing to be said about this house. It was immaculately clean, in a great location with views down the coast and the kids were entertained for hours with the provided games.
This house was ideal for our recent winter getaway and suited our family perfectly. Would definitely reccomend this house to anyone looking for a holiday rental all year round!
Fantastic place for winter holiday. Lots of indoor entertainment and windy beach walks. Vic was very responsive, accomodation was comfortable and we had every kitchen utensil that we required.

Highly recommend for larger groups or family getaways
We just enjoyed a week’s stay at this beautiful property. The accomodation is fantastic for family or larger groups. The house is modern and fully equipped, everything we required was there and thought of. The house was immaculate and clean. The kids and adults loved the table tennis and pool table located downstairs. Beautiful views from both front and rear balconies. Short stroll to the beach. Host was easy to communicate with. Thanks Vic, we can’t wait to stay again at your stunning property.
Fantastic place to stay. Very clean. A perfect place to rent if you have teenage kids with you. Downstairs was huge - pool table, table tennis table, large television - more than enough to keep them entertained. Upstairs has a huge living area and a table that can seat at least 12 people. Large fridge (needed if you have 10 people staying). Television in the bedroom upstairs. And 5 minutes walk from the beach. What more can you want?
It was so nice to arrive to a property that was actually cleaned properly & had all the essentials that we needed to enjoy a home away from home! The property owner has set up the entire house to be user friendly with easy to understand instructions & all the information we required prior to arrival. Their prompt communication made all the difference. The property has beautiful views both front & back. The beds came with Linen & were all comfy. Ample size kitchen with all the essentials made for a user friendly space for our family of 8 people. Plenty of room for large families to all spread out. We will definitely be returning to this one for another holiday soon.
This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this house. It is always immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped and set out. There is nothing you will need. We usually go in the middle of winter so don't use the BBQ however it would be awesome in the warmer months to have a BBQ on the rear deck. The beds are comfortable and the linen is crisp and clean. The owner is an excellent communicator and everything is seamless on arrival and departure. We will definitely be staying here again.
Property totally outdid our expectations. Heaps of room for 2-3 family’s, very nicely presented and clearly the owners haven’t been scared to spend on the place.
Fabulous holiday house that was spacious, very clean, great backyard, all the facilities needed… and amazing location with great views - kangaroos on the oval from the back, and beautiful ocean from the front.
